The S4+P4 flexible manufacturing line integrated Salvagnini multi-seriate stereoscopic warehouse, S4Xe punching-shearing recombination center, P4Xe multilateral bending center and various stacking & turnover devices which makes it one of most effective modes of production for sheet metal. It minimizes the logistics management for raw material and in the meantime maximizes the productivity. The S4+P4 flexible manufacturing line is capable of punching standard sheet metal and producing molding parts after shearing & bending without any intermediate treatment. The original sheet material loading is fully automatic and the completed workpiece can be directly fetched at the end of the line.
The S4Xe punching-shearing recombination center equipped with a single punch pin chamber where simultaneously mounted 96 dies and each of them carries a set of punching device that can be independent from others to perform precise punching in position without changing punch pins during the process. Compare with conventional punches, the Salvagnini recombination punch pin chamber guarantees higher productivity and shorter processing time, meanwhile, minimizes the abrasion of dies and extends its lifetime which perfectly control the accuracy of processing. Furthermore, it equipped with integrative right-angle shearing which features low power consumption and shear-waste free that ensures the reliability and accuracy of the machine tool and enhances the productivity.

The SL4 adopts punching and perfectly combined with fiber laser cutting machine which ensures one step process from design to finished products. It increased the flexibility of facility and integrated 4 different functions into one mechanism to meet the requirements of various productive conditions.
The automatic feeding and unloading for sheet material is performed through different types of logistics assembly system or groove for small workpiece unloading which can link with other Salvagnini facilities into a processing line and achieve high productivity, accuracy and low power consumption of the process. The system is easy to operate through graphic interface management to perform punching and laser cutting. In addition, it shows tremendous improvement in terms of speed & flexibility after adopting fiber laser cutting instead of right-angle shearing. The unique operation mode of SL4 which including waste treatment during productive process, connecting of linear production line and automatic stacking device to satisfy the demand of small batch production and in the meantime cut down the cost and reduce the production time.

The bending program with complete and advanced sheet material shaping technology and fully automatic bending process enhance the productivity, meanwhile reduce the power consumption and meet the increasing demands for producing & processing. The facility covers an area of only 18m2, the operation interface and graphic operational order make everything simple & efficient. Furthermore, the P2Xe equipped with automatic feeding & unloading adjust device ABA of Salvagnini multilateral bending center guarantees the implement of production modes of complete sets or different batches.

1、The processing material comprises circular tube, rectangular tube, U shaped iron, flat iron and other irregular tubes.
2、The laser head can perform cutting with three-axis orientation and the complete machine can perform five-axis orientation which could easily accomplish cutting and printing under different shapes on tube products.
3、The feeding & unloading of this machine is controlled by numerical control hydraulic, with two feeding areas and two unloading areas equipped at front & rear with full automatic processing to reach the accuracy of mechanical welding parts.
