In consideration of establishing the sense of belonging of our staff, enhancing the communication with their family and further understanding their current living status, in early March our company regularly arranged home visiting which brings the humanistic care to the families of those who were identified as excellent staff in the last year, extend the concern from working hour to spare time, truly make sure that the situations & misgivings are well noticed and smoothly solved.
During visiting, we discovered a new side of our staff that they not only behave excellent at work but also filially treat their parents with respect. According to the description of their parents which are full of praise proved that they care about their family, work hard, and willing to help others. Meanwhile, we learned of their family information including parents’ work, status and expectation & development direction of their children.
During the visiting of Xiangsheng Wu, we learned of his regular time schedule which including body building, watching TV & surfing the internet, and occasionally help to do the housework and cooking. His mother Mrs. Wu told us that he bought some books regarding combine harvester for researching. For this newly graduated boy who has barely involve in agricultural machinery R&D, she sincerely hope our leaders and colleagues could guide him and let him practice on the basics. When we mentioned Wu was titled as “ Excellent Employee Award Nomination of 2014”, she grinned and appreciated the cultivation of our company while told him to work harder. Besides, communication is another important purpose of home visiting which keeps the families posted about the status of their children and establishes the sense of belonging of the staff. The visitor told them that they can communicate with the company any time if there is any idea or suggestion and we will try to solve the actual issue ASAP. We firmly believe that home visiting will be a bridge of communication between the company and staff and become the highlight of enterprise culture.
